Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing or using the ZenBrain Chrome extension or visiting zenbrain.io (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

ZenBrain is a browser extension that records your tab activity locally and, at your request, generates an AI-powered recap of your browsing session. Export to Notion and Google Drive is available via OAuth integration.

3. Beta disclaimer

The Service is currently in beta. Features may change, be removed, or be unavailable at any time. We provide no uptime guarantees during beta.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer or tamper with the extension
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent any privacy or security controls

5. Intellectual property

The ZenBrain name, logo, and software are owned by ZenBrain. Your session data and recap content belong to you.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. ZenBrain is not liable for any loss of data, interruption of service, or indirect damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Third-party services

Export to Notion or Google Drive is subject to those services’ own terms. ZenBrain is not responsible for third-party service outages or changes.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We will update the “Last updated” date when we make material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
